Regulation is not just about being in a calm state, but being able to choose which state you want to be in: Calm and relaxed - parasympathetic nervous system activated, or active and alert - sympathetic nervous system activated.
Most people easily get stuck in one of the two states with limited ability to change it according to situation or need. This SomatIC™ session is designed to help you fully turn on the sympathetic nervous system and then train to relax and focus into the parasympathetic mode.
